HOW TO APPLY

Complete and send us the following application requirements:

HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE CANDIDATES

  • Application Form ( download from link bellow : POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA (POLSRI) SCHOLARSHIP 2023 – International Office Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya).
  • Reference Form (POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA (POLSRI) SCHOLARSHIP 2023 – International Office Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya).
  • Copy of High School certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years or proof of graduation.
  • Certified English translation of High School certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years or proof of graduation (if the original High School Certificate is not in English).
  • Copy of Academic Transcript from High School or equivalent, validated by the applicant’s country of origin
  • Certified English translation of Academic Transcript from High School or equivalent, validated by the applicant’s country of origin (if the original High School Certificate is not in English)
  • Copy of High School Result of Study (Grade Report) from 1st (First) to 5th semester (the transcripts of the three high school years for high school that apply trimester system), endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, for the sixth semester of senior high school student applicant
  • Certified English translation of High School Result of Study (Grade Report) from 1st (First) to 5th semester (the transcripts of the three high school years for high school that apply the trimester system), endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, for the sixth semester of senior high school student applicant (if the original High School Certificate is not in English)
  • Color Blindness Verification certificate (sight health proof) from a doctor for specific study program*( Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, and Industrial Chemical Technology)
  • Copy of birth certificate validated by the authority of the applicant’s country of origin.
  • Copy of valid applicant’s Identity Card/Passport
  • 2 recent photographs of 4 X 6 cm
  • To whom It May Concern from Indonesian Lecturer/teacher concerning the applicant’s Indonesian proficiency or Certificate of UKBI (Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia)
  • English language proficiency certificate of at least 450 in paper-based TOEFL (ITP) and /or TOEIC and IBT equivalent

DIPLOMA III GRADUATE STUDENT CANDIDATES WHO APPLY FOR APPLIED BACHELOR PROGRAM

  • Application Form ( download from link bellow; POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA (POLSRI) SCHOLARSHIP 2023 – International Office Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya)
  • Reference Form (download from http://internationaloffice.polsri.ac.id/?p=1988)
  • Copy of Diploma III certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years or proof of graduation
  • Certified English translation of the Diploma III certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years or proof of graduation (If the original is not in English)
  • Copy of Academic Transcript from Diploma III or equivalent, validated by the applicant’s country of origin
  • Certified English translation of the Academic Transcript from Diploma III  or equivalent, validated by the applicant’s country of origin (If the original is not in English)
  • Syllabus of the courses from the applicant’s former university/institute, as mentioned on the copy of the academic transcript

Persiapan IISMA 2023 Polsri Membuka Kesempatan Bagi Mahasiswa untuk Tes TOEIC

Berita, ,

Pada persiapan Indonesian International Mobility Awards (IISMA) yang akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2023, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya membuka kesempatan bagi mahasiswa polsri untuk melakukan persiapan melalui tes TOEIC PREDICTION yang akan dilaksanakan di Aula Politeknik Sriwijaya pada hari selasa tanggal 31 Januari 2023. Kegiatan tersebut akan menjadi tolak ukur bagi mahasiwa polsri untuk mengikuti IISMA 2023, jika pada TOEIC PREDICTION tersebut nilai mahasiswa diatas 605 maka mereka diberikan kesempatan untuk mengikuti tes TOEIC secara official yang diselenggarakan langsung oleh International Test Center (ITC) Indonesia secara gratis.

Untuk timeline kegiatan persiapan IISMA 2023 yang akan dilaksanakan oleh Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya tercantum pada time table berikut. Pada saat proses seleksi berlangsung mahasiswa akan dibimbing oleh Tenaga Pendidik yang profesional sampai dengan pengumuman akhir program IISMA 2023 pada tanggal 23 April 2023.

Melalui serangkaian kegiatan tersebut harapannya mahasiswa Polsri dapat kembali menjadi bagian dari program pertukaran pelajar mahasiswa yang diselenggarakan oleh LPDP RI, melalui program IISMA 2023.
