HOW TO APPLY

Complete and send us the following application requirements:

HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE CANDIDATES

  • Application Form ( download from link bellow : POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA (POLSRI) SCHOLARSHIP 2023 – International Office Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya).
  • Reference Form (POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA (POLSRI) SCHOLARSHIP 2023 – International Office Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya).
  • Copy of High School certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years or proof of graduation.
  • Certified English translation of High School certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years or proof of graduation (if the original High School Certificate is not in English).
  • Copy of Academic Transcript from High School or equivalent, validated by the applicant’s country of origin
  • Certified English translation of Academic Transcript from High School or equivalent, validated by the applicant’s country of origin (if the original High School Certificate is not in English)
  • Copy of High School Result of Study (Grade Report) from 1st (First) to 5th semester (the transcripts of the three high school years for high school that apply trimester system), endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, for the sixth semester of senior high school student applicant
  • Certified English translation of High School Result of Study (Grade Report) from 1st (First) to 5th semester (the transcripts of the three high school years for high school that apply the trimester system), endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, for the sixth semester of senior high school student applicant (if the original High School Certificate is not in English)
  • Color Blindness Verification certificate (sight health proof) from a doctor for specific study program*( Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, and Industrial Chemical Technology)
  • Copy of birth certificate validated by the authority of the applicant’s country of origin.
  • Copy of valid applicant’s Identity Card/Passport
  • 2 recent photographs of 4 X 6 cm
  • To whom It May Concern from Indonesian Lecturer/teacher concerning the applicant’s Indonesian proficiency or Certificate of UKBI (Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia)
  • English language proficiency certificate of at least 450 in paper-based TOEFL (ITP) and /or TOEIC and IBT equivalent

DIPLOMA III GRADUATE STUDENT CANDIDATES WHO APPLY FOR APPLIED BACHELOR PROGRAM

  • Application Form ( download from link bellow; POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA (POLSRI) SCHOLARSHIP 2023 – International Office Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya)
  • Reference Form (download from http://internationaloffice.polsri.ac.id/?p=1988)
  • Copy of Diploma III certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years or proof of graduation
  • Certified English translation of the Diploma III certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years or proof of graduation (If the original is not in English)
  • Copy of Academic Transcript from Diploma III or equivalent, validated by the applicant’s country of origin
  • Certified English translation of the Academic Transcript from Diploma III  or equivalent, validated by the applicant’s country of origin (If the original is not in English)
  • Syllabus of the courses from the applicant’s former university/institute, as mentioned on the copy of the academic transcript

Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya Siap Menjadi PK-BLU

Pada hari senin tanggal 20 Februari 2023, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya bersama dengan peserta lainnya yaitu Politeknik Negeri Pontianak mengikuti penilaian penetapan PK-BLU yang dihadiri oleh Kepala Biro Keuangan dan Barang Milik Negara, Kemendikbudristek yaitu bapak Faisal Syahrul, S.E., M.Pd., Sekretaris Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi yaitu bapak Saryadi, S.T., MBA dan tim dari kemendikbudristek, Kepala Kantor Wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Kepala Kantor Wilayah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, serta tim penilai dari kementerian keuangan

Penilaian Penetapan PK-BLU tersebut dibuka oleh bapak Faisal Syahrul, S.E., M.Pd., yang dimoderator oleh Ibu Ana dari Kemendikbudristek. Menurut bapak Faisal Syahrul, S.E., M.Pd., Kebijakan mendikbudristek adalah mendorong satuan kerja di lingkungan kemendikbudristek yang memenuhi syarat untuk menjadi Satker BLU atau yang sudah mampu menjadi PTN BH – Sehingga PTN yang bersangkutan mampu meningkatkan layanan kepada masyarakat, dan dengan praktek bisnis yang baik serta fleksibilitas yang diberikan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, kualitas dan mutu dari hasil pendidikan ini dapat lebih baik.

Saat ini jumlah unit kerja di lingkungan direktorat jendral pendidikan vokasi yang telah mendapatkan predikat blu ada 11, 9 diantaranya diperoleh dalam kurun waktu 2 tahun terakhir, tentu ini merupakan sebuah perjuangan yang layak diapresiasi, apresiasi tersebut juga disampaikan atas bimbingan dari biro keuangan kemendikbudristek dan direktorat PPK-BLU . “Kami akan selalu berkomitmen untuk mendorong teman – teman di lingkungan direktorat jendral pendidikan vokasi untuk bertransformasi menjadi BLU sesuai dengan kriteria- kriteria yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya” Ujar pak Saryadi, S.T., MBA. Beliau berharap pada tahun 2024 akan ada 14 unit kerja sebagai target untuk menjadi Satker BLU.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut Direktur Pembinaan Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum (PPK BLU), DJPb, Kementerian Keuangan Agung Yulianta juga mengatakan “BLU bukanlah sebuah tujuan, melainkan cara untuk meningkatkan layanan”

Dalam kesempatan tersebut Dr.Ing.Ahmad Taqwa, M.T.  selaku Direktur Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya menyampaikan paparannya terkait dengan profil dan pencapaian dari Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya selama 20 menit, dan dilanjutkan oleh Direktur Politeknik Negeri Pontianak, yaitu Dr. Ir. H. Muhammad Toasin A., M.Si. Kemudian dilakukan pembahasan lebih mendalam oleh tim penilai dari kementerian keuangan dan PPK BLU. Harapannya semoga Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya dan Politeknik Negeri Pontianak segera menjadi Satker BLU sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat dan dapat meningkatkan mutu serta kualitas pendidikan.

Sosialisasi IISMA Untuk Vokasi Tahun 2023 Series 7

POLITEKNIK NEGERI JAKARTA bekerja sama dengan POLITEKNIK NEGERI SEMARANG dan POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA mempersembahkan:

Sosialisasi Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA), beasiswa mobilitas internasional yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Beasiswa ini mendanai mahasiswa Indonesia untuk program mobilitas di universitas dan industri terkemuka di luar negeri sebagai bagian dari Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Beasiswa ini terbuka untuk mahasiswa dari seluruh mahasiswa Vokasi dan Sarjana di Indonesia.
